Reporting violations in fire truck zones is tough.

The first one was rejected because the license plate wasn't visible, so I didn't cover the plate.
I thought that made sense, so I let it go.
For the second one, I took the photo so the license plate is clearly visible, but it was rejected again.
When I called to inquire this time, they told me to speak with the person in charge... saying that person would know the reason.
Since they work in three shifts, they told me to call back in two days.
I'm going to make sure to get a clear answer this time.
There was some talk about needing to indicate the building and unit number.
If that's the case, shouldn't reports for disabled parking zones or EV charging zones also require photos showing the building and unit numbers?
Also, you can see the "Ha-00 Real Estate" sign on the 2nd floor. I indicated the location when reporting. The photo clearly shows the location is in front of the commercial building; don't they even look at Naver Maps?
