I visited Southeast Asian countries before (Bedbugs)

I heard there were bedbugs, so I put my suitcase and all my clothes into plastic bags and blasted them with heat. When I opened them up to do the laundry,
something suddenly fell out, and when I looked,
I saw a dead bedbug. Shivers...
I was so scared that I immediately threw away everything I didn't strictly need,
and I hand-washed all my clothes and blasted them with heat-drying.
After that, I really lost my appetite for traveling abroad.
