Ulmyeon (Thick Egg Drop Soup with Noodles)
Because this has to be made from scratch, it takes a lot of effort and a certain level of skill, so it's gradually disappearing.
I think that's also why dishes like Giseumyeon (Clear Soup Noodles) existed,
but I don't see them much lately.
