Since the Blue House and the National Assembly are both moving to Sejong,
is there any reason to keep burial sites in Seoul?
Let's move the National Cemetery to Sejong and build hundreds of thousands of rental units there instead.
The location between Banpo and Heukseok is great, and they say the Honam Semiconductor plant will be completed in two years.
Relocating the graves would be easy; the National Cemetery is state-owned land anyway.
